OSHA Safety Courses Construction

 

 

 

 

 

 

The OSHA Outreach Training Program for the Construction Industry provides training for workers and employers on the recognition, avoidance, abatement, and prevention of safety and health hazards in workplaces in the construction industry.

OSHA 10-hour Construction

The OSHA 10 hour construction training course is intended to provide construction workers with a basic knowledge of the most common safety and health hazards found on many construction sites. The OSHA 10 hours construction training course also provides students with an overview of how the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) operates. There are no prerequisites required to take the 10 hour construction course. 

The OSHA 10 hour training course for construction is based on the federal OSHA 1926 construction standards. We also address state-specific OSHA requirements, where applicable. This OSHA 10 training course is intended for workers in construction-related jobs, like ground-up construction projects, demolition work, and major renovation projects.

OSHA 30-hour Construction

The OSHA 30 hour training course for construction standards is designed to help foremen, supervisors, superintendents, competent persons, safety staff, safety committee members, and others with responsibility for workplace safety get up to speed on the basic OSHA health and safety regulations affecting construction workplaces.

The OSHA 30 hour construction training course also provides students with an overview of how the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) functions. There are no prerequisites required to take the OSHA 30-hour construction course.

The OSHA Outreach Training Program for General Industry provides training for workers and employers on the recognition, avoidance, abatement, and prevention of safety and health hazards in workplaces in general industry.

OSHA 10-hour General Industry

The OSHA 10 Hours training course for general industry is intended to provide students with an overview of the basic health and safety hazards present in the workplace. The OSHA 10 hour general industry training course also provides students with an overview of how the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) operates. There are no prerequisites required to take the 10-hour general industry course. 

The OSHA 10 hour training course for general industry is based on the OSHA 1910 standards. We also address state-specific OSHA requirements, where applicable. This OSHA 10 training course is designed for workers in most factories and manufacturing operations, healthcare industries, transportation and warehousing, chemical plants, oil and gas production operations, and service industries.

OSHA 30-hour General Industry

The OSHA 30 hour training course for general industry is designed to help foremen, supervisors, managers, safety committee members, safety staff, and others with responsibility for workplace safety get up to speed on the basics of general health and safety regulations for their workplace.

The OSHA 30 hour general industry training course also provides students with an overview of how the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) operates. There are no prerequisites required to take the 30-hour general industry course.
